The metal technician apprenticeship is a modular apprenticeship. At ACH, you can choose between several different options.
During your training, you will specialize in toolmaking. You will accompany our tools from the drawing stage through parts production, assembly, and calibration to delivery. You will learn to understand the machines, read technical drawings, and can delve deeper into the area that interests you most.
As a metal technician, you will operate high-precision manual and computer-controlled milling, turning, and erosion machines to produce complex workpieces. You will learn about a wide range of metals. You will be able to fully apply your sense of thoroughness, care, and quality.
With an apprenticeship as a metal technician, you will lay the foundation for various interesting professions in which you can specialize or retrain later on.
