ACH Solution GmbH is committed to full compliance with all applicable compliance guidelines. Integrity, transparency and legally impeccable conduct form the basis of our business activities.
To ensure that all employees are familiar with the relevant requirements, we conduct mandatory annual training courses on compliance topics. This training promotes awareness of lawful conduct in everyday working life and helps us to identify and avoid risks at an early stage.
Our binding Code of Conduct sets out the central rules and expectations and serves as a guide for correct and responsible conduct.

Taking responsibility together
ACH Solution GmbH attaches great importance to an open and honest corporate culture. In order to counteract possible misconduct at an early stage, we have set up a whistleblower system. This enables employees, business partners and third parties to confidentially and, if desired, anonymously report information on violations of legal regulations, internal guidelines or our Code of Conduct.
The whistleblower system is an important part of our compliance structure and helps to minimize risks and prevent damage to the company and our employees and partners.
All information received is carefully examined and processed with the greatest possible confidentiality. Whistleblowers enjoy protection against discrimination or reprisals.
