ACH Solution will be represented at 3 exhibition booth during this year’s FAKUMA show. It is one of the leading exhibitions for rubber & plastics processing with over 1.900 exhibitors from 40 different countries.

ACH Solution is presenting 3 fully automatic tooling concepts with ACH Solution innovative needle valve gate system and the worldwide patented ACH SERVOSHOT® 2G technology. The processing management is being extended with the unique ACH MOLD 4.0 system. All tooling specific data will be controlled, monitored and recorded via ACH MOLD 4.0. It enables the molder to record all relevant processing data of the specific mold. This is an additional step for complete traceability.

There will be a micro part molded with only 0,0009 gram. Injection molding machine is a e-motion 50/30 TL with LSR micro injection unit.

The compact design of the pump is allowing a space saving and flexible installation on the floor space. Momentive is presenting a newly developed, low temperature curing LSR. Thickwall parts can be manufactured with short cycle time.
