ACH Solution builds on the innovation and competence of around 80 employees

Workforce rewarded with a lot of appreciation and bonuses.

For almost two years now, the corona pandemic has been presenting the entire world with major challenges. The company ACH Solution, headquartered in Fischlham, has come through the crisis well so far thanks to its committed employees. "We didn't have a single day of short-time work and didn't have to take any help from the public sector!" emphasizes Plant Manager Max Riedl. "Thanks to our broad portfolio and above all thanks to our dedicated, competent and reliable workforce, we were able to work almost as usual!" Riedl continued.

This prompted the management of ACH Solution to take a special step.
In December, the company paid its employees a total of EUR 250,000 in bonuses.

“Of course we also had cases of illness. However, all colleagues strictly adhered to the safety concept that was drawn up and continued to do their work with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. We would like to say a big thank you with the bonus and let our teams share in the company's success accordingly," explains Christian Hefner, company founder and CEO.

In general, the employees can build on a high level of esteem in the company. Our own company restaurant, our own fitness studio and many services for a good team spirit such as company outings, events, etc. have been firmly established at ACH Solution for years. Numerous apprentices have been or are being trained in order to train the specialists of tomorrow themselves and to prepare them well for the tasks.

In addition, ACH Solution delivers "everything from a single source". The company is a toolmaker, project developer and develops innovative software, service and manufacturing solutions. It also produces end products for automotive and household appliances, as well as the sanitary and toy industries. The products from ACH Solution are used worldwide, the most important export market is the USA.
