At the world leading exhibition for plastics processing with more then 1800 exhibitors, also ACH Solution is represented at 3 booth. We are presenting two fully automatic tooling concepts with our innovative needle valve gate system and the unique, world wide patented ACH SERVOSHOT® technology. The processing management is enlarged for the unique ACH MOLD 4.0 data system. It is providing complete data control and data management for all tool relevant information. It enables the manufacturer to record all process data which are specific to the tooling. This is an additional step towards a complete traceability.

As a special highlight, we are demonstrating at two molding cells a mixed reality software of our partner AVR Tech Innovations GmbH. It is a specially developed software program which is giving virtual support for mold maintenance and start-up.

4-cavity fully automatic mold with ACH SERVOSHOT® and ACH MINIMIX cartridge dosing pump. Production of a radial gasket with difficult undercut made with LSR on a new PX 25 with only 250 KN clamping force. Part weight only 0,15 gr. The new, small injection molding machine is targeting the market for micro parts with low shot weight e.g. medical applications or precision parts.

2-cavity fully automatic mold with ACH SERVOSHOT®, camera inspection with integrated in-line quality control. Production of light guides made with optical transparent LSR MS-1002. Injection molding machine from Engel. In combination with ACH SERVOSHOT® system there is a digital scale function included. Parts will be weighed during a quality mode function. In case of weight deviations, an automatic correction via ACH SERVOSHOT® will be implemented to define the exact volume per cavity.

ACH MAXIMIX 2G dosing pump; next generation dosing pump with additional operator friendly functions. E.g. the operator will be guided through a menu for changing drums. Amongst many other features, the compact design of the dosing pump is space saving and provides flexible installation at the production floor.
