KraussMaffei – Competence Forum

During the Competence Forum on June 6 and 7 in Munich more than 1800 visitors experienced an outstanding performance of innovative machinery and processes. The 180 years company anniversary was dedicated to the topic “Technology Pioneers – from Tradition to Innovation”. A broad range of future oriented machinery and processes were displayed. Part of it was a fully automatic 4-cav mold with ACH SERVOSHOT® system of ACH Solution. It was operated at a newly developed 25 ton injection molding machine PX-25. For dosing of the LSR material, the proven ACH MINIMIX cartridge dosing unit was used.
As a special highlight, our partner AVR Tech Innovations GmbH presented an exclusively developed mixed reality software program. It enables the user via a VR hololens to maintain the tool or to follow a start-up phase of the machine. This technical specialty was a true eyecatcher and is demonstrating the innovative character of ACH Solution.
