At this year’s PLAST, ACH Solution showcased its comprehensive expertise in silicone processing – covering the full spectrum from liquid silicone rubber (LSR) to high‑consistency rubber (HCR). The exhibition clearly demonstrated the breadth and depth of ACH’s capabilities in advanced silicone moldmaking.
A particular highlight was the live demonstration of a 4‑cavity mold equipped with ACH SERVOSHOT. In a single cycle, two different part geometries and part weights were produced – a strong example of maximum process stability and precision in HCR processing.
Material dosing was handled by the ACH TURNMIX S, ensuring consistent material quality and highly reproducible processes. The system was complemented by a 3D‑printed gripper, whose lightweight design significantly reduces mass and enables faster, more dynamic handling.
Many visitors took the opportunity to speak directly with ACH experts and learn more about innovative solutions in silicone moldmaking, automated production processes, and new technologies.
