Milling, cylindrical grinding, and eroding—all in-house. Thanks to well-thought-out processes and automated production lines, we manufacture with high productivity.
All tools are measured precisely in our own measuring center and the results are documented accordingly.
At the end of production, the tools are assembled under supervision. The highest precision and care must be taken during this process.

Our tools are created with the utmost care and precision – from the initial design to the final assembly. Thanks to our fully in-house toolmaking processes, we guarantee maximum quality and absolute control over every detail.
All tools and Silicon parts are precisely measured and documented in our in-house measuring center. This ensures that every component meets the highest requirements.
In our own technical center with over 20 injection molding machines, the tool is then adjusted and sampled for series production together with the customer.

All tooling is carried out in-house, ensuring maximum control and traceability. All tools are precisely measured and documented in the company's own measuring center. This ensures that every component meets the highest standards – traceable, transparent, and certified. Quality assurance is an integral part of every project phase and ensures the long-term performance of the products.
