Arburg Anniversary Days 2023

ARBURG celebrated 100 years of the Hehl family company, and "We were there"!

The ARBURG Technology Days took place again this year, but under the name ARBURG Anniversary Days 2023 with a very special background - 100 years of the Hehl family company.

We were allowed to participate at this special industry meeting which was the premiere introduction of ACH TURNMIX.

With more than 45 applications from a wide variety of industries and with a wide variety of technologies, the anniversary days in 2023 were once again an absolute must in the industry. With 5,700 guests from 53 countries, the response was very good.

On an Allrounder 370 A with Multilift, ACH Solution presented the new HTV dosing system ACH TURNMIX to the general public for the first time.

With a fully automatic HTV injection mold, an ice cube mold was produced as a giveaway with the image of an injection molding machine and an HTV tool. As a further innovation, two displays were used directly assembled on the hot tool, which impressively displayed the process data and other information to the visitor.

Material Wacker Elastosil® R plus 4001/70 MH transparent, which was colored in a new in-line (in process) process with the color paste Wacker Elastosil® COLOR PASTE FL LIGHT BLUE RAL 5015.

With our new HTV dosing technology ACH TURNMIX, we offer the possibility of fully automatic processing of solid silicone (HTV) with shore hardness between 20-80 Shore/A.

The feedback from the expert audience about the presented ACH TURNMIX with the ACH mold and the attached visualization was overwhelming. It was not that expected in advance. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the visit and the very interesting discussions.
