Arburg Technology Days 2024

Numerous visitors came again to the 25th anniversary of the ARBURG Technology Days 2024. To be precise, more than 5,100 visitors from 41 countries were there. Among the approximately 40 applications, an exciting LSR application from ACH Solution GmbH could not be missing.

The special feature of the application was to evenly fill a 4-part family tool with different part weights using the ACH SERVOSHOT 2G. Certainly a challenge when you consider that there is a factor of 14 from the smallest to the largest part weight. The even filling of the parts was achieved via the ACH SERVOSHOT 2G and not via a cascade control of the needles, so the injection profile was mapped the same for all part sizes, which is a quality feature.

The trade fair is known for the high level of exhibitors and technical partners on site, which is why we would be very happy to be able to take part again in the future. We are already looking forward to interesting discussions with ARBURG customers at the next trade fair appearances.
