ACH Solution was represented again at the DKT 2024. This time with an energy and production-efficient injection molding system ALLROUNDER 570A from ARBURG with an application in the field of solid silicone (HCR, High Consistency Rubber).

The new ACH TURNMIX in the new size M, which is particularly suitable for injection weights of around 300 grams/min and HCR in Shore hardnesses of 20 to 90 A, ensured a continuous supply. Four bottle openers are produced in a cycle time of around 60 seconds. The equipment, which is precisely tailored to the processing of solid silicones, makes the ALLROUNDER together with the ACH TURNMIX in the various sizes a compact and economical injection molding solution.
