Chinaplas 2019

At this year’s CHINAPLAS in Guangzhou/China, ACH Solution is presenting a fully automatic molding cell for processing of high optical LSR (liquid silicone rubber). The molding cell will be displayed and operated at the Engel booth in hall 4.1 booth J41. The exhibition is offering a wide variety of attractions from raw material of rubber and plastics up to molding, machinery, related ancillary equipment, automation solution, printing, packing, semi-finished goods, finished goods and "a marketplace for plastic and rubber industry" to presenting the present and future of its industry.

The molding cell of ACH Solution is for a high optical light guide application including ACH world patented SERVOSHOT® for the control of the needle stroke, mold 4.0 and the first fully automatic ink jet printing solution to print a QR code onto a silicone rubber part with an abrasion resistant ink.
