Plastics Technology Expo 2023

ACH Solution partnered with Engel Machinery for the PTEXPO 2023 which took place at the Donald E. Stephenson Convention Center in Rosemont IL. March 28^th – 30^th. The exhibit featured by ACH Solution included the Engel e-motion 50/30 TL equipped with the ACH Solution Micro-Injection unit. The cell also included the ACH MINIMIX dosing system and vision inspection equipment supplied by ACH Solution. The molded part was a representation of a tear duct plug produced in a 32 cavity valve gated cold runner mold with the ACH SERVOSHOT® 2G system.

The show started Tuesday with a live in-booth presentation of the micro-injection cell by Chad Zediker - Engel Machinery and Steve Broadbent – ACH Solution USA, Inc. Overall the show had a strong focus on injection molding and was very well attended. The Engel booth had close to 500 scanned visitors for the 3 day event.
